7th Ward Job Training Program

The 7th Ward Job Training Program, spearheaded by AldermanAntoine Collins is designed to equip its’ participants with the skills necessary to compete for a job.  These series of free workshopsfocus on  various subject matters including proper interview attire, resume writing, and tips for interviewing.  This program originally was geared towards young adults ages 18 to 26  years old, but it has been expanded to include everyone that is interested in participating.  Upon satisfactory completion of the workshops, participants will be given leads on job opportunities if they become available.  Confirmed instructors for some of the workshops include former and current hiring managers and HR personnel from various job sectors.  Please confirm your participation by calling 708-360-9207, ext 5.  Leave a message with your information.  The next workshop is February 9th, 2011.
